Aim/Purpose

The aim/purpose of this charter is to work for better quality in public service

We deliver the following services

  1. Adoption/enactment of resolutions/ordinances
  2. Review ofbarangay ordinances and appropriation ordinances
  3. Hearing/investigation of administrative complaints against elective barangay officials
  4. Issuance of copies of official records and documents

Our aim is to achieve the following service delivery/quality parameters

Nature of Service Service Delivery Standard Time Limit
a. Adoption/enactment of resolutions/ordinances

3 session dates from referral to a pertinent committee

b. Review ofbarangay ordinances and appropriation ordinances 30 days from receipt
c. Hearing/investigation of administrative complaints against
elective barangay officials
90 days from the start of investigation, excluding reasonable
delays in proceedings
d. Issuance of copies of official
records and documents
10 minutes upon request
