  • Original Copy of Police Clearance
  • Original Copy of Court Clearance
  • Latest Community Tax Certificate
  • Official Receipt from the Treasurer's Office

  • Mayor's Clearance - P50.00
  • Certified True Copy - P20.00 per copy
