Before the final approval of the Municipal Mayor, the applicant must proceed to the Municipal Environment and natural Resources Officer (MENRO) for a briefing on RA 9003. The MENRO affixes his initial at the form. The Municipal Mayor or authorized signatories signs the assessment form for final approval. |

4. Payment of Business Taxes, Fees and other Charges The applicant proceeds to the Municipal Treasurer's Office for payment of assessed fees. The applicant may choose to pay on an annual, semi-annual and quarten basis. 5. |

6. Secure Mayor's Permit and Registration Plate/Sticker Upon presentation of the official receipt and secured clearances, the licensing officer prints the Mayor's Permit of the applicant |
