I am honored to present another innovation in our means of public service.

Finally, San Mateo has found its home in the worldwide web. I personally invite you to visit and explore the website and have the opportunity to experience the diverse boundless beauty of the municipality.

Information is power. Providing significant and updated information is important to my administration because I am committed to promoting transparency in local governance. I am grateful that San Mateo is now linked to the rest of the world which means people could easily access vital information about our municipality and the development thrust of the Local Government Unit. We strive to give the best service to the people and launching this website is our means of giving our people an easier, better, and accessible way to keep in touch with the municipal government. Let this be our way of inviting everyone to be part of our service to our beloved town. I express my deepest recognition to our people. You deserve better service and this is one of them.

Through this website, you'll be able to learn what is there to know about San Mateo - the peaceful, clean and beautiful place to visit and live in - the Agro-Ecological Destination in Cagayan Valley. I hope you find every feature interesting and significant as you explore and go through our site.

Thank you for visiting.

  • [guest_7772] : I've been to San Mateo and i realized na napakalinis ng Centro nito compared to market area ng other municipalities. Pero mejo kulang sa greenery, i think the LGU should hire a horticulturist or better kung forester... any professional na expert sa green spaces and landscaping. Godbless San Mateo!
